The minister will do whatever you ask him to do. I didn't do programs, but I gave the minister the wording for the entire ceremony and he read it just as I printed it. I can't seem to find the file but here is basically what i remember; Welcome, opening prayer, hand ceremony, vows, sand ceremony, signing marriage certificate, kiss the bride, pronouncement. Minster added in the legal stuff like does anyone have reason these two can't be joined.... hope that helps a little

We stayed in a junior suite for the first few days and then we got a free upgrade to the a jucuzzi suite. You just have to ask politely at the front desk.

Good: very laid back, good food, don't need cash for anything on the island, short boat ride to Caye Caulker or Ambergis Caye, unlimited free golf, kayaking, tennis, beautiful scenery Bad: expensive- there is only one place to eat on the island. breakfast is $10, lunch is $20, and dinner is $50. Food was good, but not always that good. There are crocodiles in the lakes, they don't bother you but it's mkaes you a little nervous to be out at night, everytime you leave the island you have to pay for a water taxi or flight. This is from my friend's wedding a few weekends ago in Belize, we all wore the dress differently. Just fyi, if your girls sweat a lot they will have big sweat stains on the dress!

wholly freakin cow- your book is amazing! I totally feel like a slacker now. I made shutterfly books for our moms but i haven't printed a single pro pic for us yet! I'm gonna check out that site though b/c i have a Mac too.

So i'm leaving thursday morning for my BF's wedding in Belize. I want to do something bachlorette-ish but i'm drawing a blank. We didn't do anything ahead of time b/c the bride lives in Brazil, 2 BMs live in Hawaii, 2 of us are in Atlanta, and 1 is in Savannah. The wedding is Saturday afternoon and Friday night is our only chance to do something with all of us together. The problem is we are staying on a private island and the wedding guests are the only people on the island. So, we can't do any bar hoping, bachlorette scavenger hunt type stuff. There will be about 10 girls total. Any ideas?

My BF is getting married at Caye Chapel in Belize next weekend. I will be there Thurs-Monday. I think we are planning to go caving and maybe going to one of the other small islands for dinner one night.
