  1. Hey!! I'm working on a Spanish 101 document to give to our guests. I am building around Debbie's Caribean Resort Reviews already made Translation Sheet. There are some words... phrases I want to add and I was wondering if anyone knows of a site that not only translates the words but also writes how to pronounce the words? Like Debbie has on her sheet?? Example: How are you? Como esta usted KOH-moh ehs-TAH OOS-THE-dh Thanks so much!!!!
  2. Morgan do you have any idea what kind of flower the bride has in her hair (in the very last photo)?

  4. I ordered myself a pair back in November and also had a mini pair made for my two year old daughter. I ordered them from an Ebay seller... she's super nice and can custom make them. You'll see... they look absolutely gorgeous on your feet
  5. Very practical site!!! Even for brides not getting married at that Resort! Thanks so much for sharing
  6. Should the flower hairclip match....be like one of the flowers in the bouquet??
  7. I have heard that in the kitchens, etc... they have filtration systems.. but not for the rooms. It would be too expensive to do this.
  8. My brother-in-law told me that when he goes downsouth he always brings a case a bottles of water with him (splits the case in his suitcase and my sister's)..... he says they only put two bottles of water in the fridge everyday?!?
  9. Just wondering... a lot of people are bringing their own cups for drinks (and some are giving them to their guests).... Where do you clean the cups once at the resort? Aren't we not suppose to use their tap water?? Not even to brush our teeth.... so how/where do you go to clean the cups?

But she originally told me in email as well that 3 days wasn't required either. So I am going to try to fight her on that. We'll just have to do most of our planning via email/telephone. I guess I will be okay with that. If you are getting legally married in DR you have to be there at least 48 hours prior to your wedding date. That's a legal requirement. However, if you are getting legally married at home first... that requirement would not apply to you.
  11. I'm having one of those day dreaming days...thinking of my wedding.... Does anyone have their wedding slideshow or wedding photo website that I could browse?
  12. Maybe she quoted different beads?? I did look at the new listing and I think they are $10 each letter now... did she quote you $20? The listing says $20 for two letters.. so that would be $10 each. I think she gave me a deal of 8$ each letter because I gave her the idea to make them.... she was making table numbers before and not monogram cake toppers. I suggested it to her.. so must be that's why... Etsy :: Twinkly Beaded Cake Topper Monograms

  14. Look at these: I found this wonderful lady on Etsy. She made them custom for me. I asked them to be 4'' high. You can find her here: Etsy :: Custom Beaded Cake Topper Initials - RESERVED FOR CHRISTINE She can make them the size you want and use different kinds of beads. She's super nice!! 15. Does anyone know what kind of spa services are offered at Ocean Blue? Can they do makeup? Do they do nails?!? Anyone have a pricelist??
  16. Yeah 44lbs sounds awful for us brides!! But I guess 44lbs for an average person traveling is pretty normal. We will be talking advantage of the 44lbs my 2 year old is allowed to travel hehehe. So I figured 44lbs x3 we should be all set.
  17. Oh goodness they are expensive!! But a great idea
