Hi Lauren, Would LOVE to see your photos and I absolutely have some questions for you. Did you actually stay at the Hyatt Caribe? If so, which tower? Did you like the rooms? For the property, did you visit the La Concha and Premier terraces? They are two locations we are using for some of our events. What did you like and dislike about both? Any advice and information you can share is GREATLY appreciated since we booked it site unseen. Cheryl -

Welcome, I too am new and am still figuring out how to effectively navigate the site. I have been to Aruba and really like there. The only reason we didn't choose it is because I didn't want to get marred twice (once at the court house, and once at the resort). Otherwise, it would have been my choice for a location. I know you will have a great time there.

VERY NICE!! Which resort are you using at Isla Mujeras? They have some really intimate resorts there that are very nice.

Hi Kendra, These are great! I've really got to get on it. My wedding is in May and I'm still evaluating options for a STD. My goal is to get them out by the end of this month.

What a great sense of accomplishment. I am still at the stage of designing my STDs and my wedding is about 3 weeks after yours. I am trying to get them out by the end of the month. Wish me luck!

I think these are nice and very appropriate for a destination wedding. I think you can have real fun with the save the dates for a DW. I've always liked the boarding passes and passports for STDs. They're really cute and get guests in the mind set of traveling. I think adding a different font or a palm tree or something will make them pop a little more if you're interested in "pop" ;-)

Hi Jennifer, Yes we've selected the resort. We're using the Hyatt. Dreams was already booked on our desired date ;-) I'm still learning how to navigate this site to be most effective.

I recently attended a DW in RM and thought it was beautiful. I think its a great location and am sure you day will be great! Not to mention, it allows people a chance to get out of the cold for a little bit.

I think a Friday wedding is just fine. Since most people will come to spend an extended weekend with you in honor of your special day, I don't think it will make a difference to those attending. I hear great things about Las Caletas, so I'm sure it will be beautiful.

Just wanted to say that I'm using the Hyatt Cancun Caribe for my upcoming wedding. While Dreams was on the list, they were booked for our desired wedidng date, so we came across the Hyatt and think it will meet our needs for our special day. So far, so good in working with them in the planning. I'll keep everyone posted on how its going.

I am very excited to say that I have booked Elizabeth Medina for my upcoming wedding. I can't yet say she is referral since I have yet to have her do my wedding, but I think her work is beautiful. She isn't inexpensive, but she does seem to be a real artist with a unique creativity in her work.
