OH geez...I was thinking about you last night! Apparently Sandra is at the airport right now redirecting guests....most likely everyone will be moved to Dreams cancun or the Secrets Silversands... Did your entire party book through the same deal?? we reached dreams last night at 011-52-984-471-3333 But with no luck of any REAL information...nobody knew what was going on!

This is such a F@*K ALL!!!! Seriously, I would just like to know either way where I'm getting married next week!! Tammy has been diong such an amazing job getting info and keeping us updated, but DREAMS needs to send out ONE unified statement to all of the guests that are booked for the next few months so there are not soo many things floating around... I get 2 emails yesterday 1 from Landy and another from the girl at the spa....even got one today. They are setting up my times for appointments and meetings at DT...not ONE word mentioned that...ummm Hey, just to give ya a heads up, we are kind of in a SITUATION right now....NOTHING! If I wasn't on the forum or didn't have Tammy I would have NO CLUE until we got to the f$#ing airport Saturday... Sorry I'm venting I'm just extrememly stressed out and frustrated!

Well...they are thinking they should be open by Monday....but they are not positive. If not we are being moved to Secrets Silversands b/c they do not think that there will be too many weddings since it just opened like a month ago...don't get me wrong, I'm looknig up and not finding too many pictures, but the ones I do see are beautiful...however it's in cancun, and well...I just really wanted to get married at DT, we fell in love with it while we are there, and were planning on not only getting our TTD at the mayan ruins in tulum, but planning a full on day at the beach there (was 5 minutes from the resort, it would be 2 hours from this resort). We picked Tulum for a reason, and I don't want to be picky or bridezilla....I know it's really only about marrying the love of my life..but I'm just really bummed..... In other news I'm off this whole week....FALL BREAK! (God I love teaching) so I am going to just pick things off left and right.... Tomorrow is my waxing day...eyebrows and well....my brazilian....wish me luck for one hell of a painful day!

I can't believe this....so sad!

I vote #2...the back is awesome ( I also have a NIcole Miller with a different back) and it makes it so unique....ALSO.....form fitting? That's what alterations are for! You can have it fit like a glove after alterations!

You look absolutely beautiful, happy, and glowing in those photos! Your wedding was gorgeous!

I really need to post my planning thread and pack..those are the 2 big things left to do...OH YEAH...and figure out where my wedding will be taking place....Tulum/Cancun and which resort..something I thought I nailed down about over a YEAR ago..but here I am 11 days before the actual wedding freaking out over whether or not I'm having my wedding in the place I've been planning it for!

They said they were going to start calling later this week...... ok...we just heard word from Tammy (host) Brooke and myself's TA....she got word that hopefully things will be reopened by October 6th but if for some reason it's not we will move the weddings to either Dreams Cancun or Secrets Silversand Cancun.... My towels came in today that say TULUM...lol AWESOME! Brooke, we def. need to be at the same place b/c of JM....let's just keep our fingers crossed and I will hope this bottle of wine doesn't run out anytime soon!

Dude...I swear it doesn't matter if you talk to anyone...b/c out of all the comments I've read and my FI called their immediately and spoke with someone...every story is DIFFERENT!!! That's what's freaking me out! We were told that the resort is closed and they have no idea when it is going reopen if it does, oh that nost likely our wedding was canceled....THEEEEEN we called secrets to try and be proactive and they were told they were hoping it would reopen by Friday....and if not they would start contacting people..which is just great b/c we leave here at like 6 am on Saturday... They also told us that if you went through one person to book like a TA the groups could be easily moved..but if not...it's really hard! I don't know how to feel...I just freaked out and cried for like an hour..now what? I have to wait to find out about the wedding

Well it looks fantabulous!! Printing out my brochures as we speak.. (if this darn printer doesn't run out of ink) next up...finishing menu cards and seating things TODAY... Then off to search for some hair dos! that should take care of 90% of my ambitious weekend......

Hey girls..I totally bought too many of these OOT bags from Target. I love them and I am so excited to use them. Since I have so many couples going I only need 1 per couple! However..I have 16 left over. They are totally lined and sturdy. Big enough to hold a ton of stuff. I bought them from Target for $2.50 and will sell them for $1.00 a piece. Here are pics. Brooke..I love MAC makeup...HOWEVER!!! I went there over the summer for a trial make up run...and the girl put SO MUCH on my face (this is after she told me i had beautiful skin and didn't need much) that I thought I would crack if I smiled. I am looking into going to Nordstroms and trying Bobbi Brown and Trish Mcvoy (sp?) a little more expensive but ya know...ya only get married once! I need to purchase jewerly this weekend. where did everyone go?? My to do for this weekend: Iron on names Print brochures and put them together (i have to glue b/c my printer won't line up correctly!) finish menu and seating cards set up make up trial print out hair ideas for hair trial on tuesday *I had a dream that Victoria secret was doing a bunch of hair and makeup trials (at once) for a bunch of girls and YARI you wre there and we were talking about how close it is...LOL...you were in everyone's dreams!

triple grande skinny caramel or vanilla (depending on my mood) latte from starbucks......it's sooooo yummy....I'm forcing myself to drink HOT even though I'm in phoenix and it's still 100 everyday. Nothing beats waking up and having a hot coffee! I plan on treating myself after my trainer this morning!

I'm totally planning on sneaking the dresses in....if we go as a group JM won't look so suspicious with a big bag of camera stuff....it will look like a tour group or something! I need to buy a cheap bag to stow the dress in that won't be too noticeable! I haven't booked the trip yet...FI is supposed to deal with that!

ya know..I still lived in Philly when 9/11 happened and I can imagine that everyone back east is still really remembering this day...but now I'm in Phx. and this morning during our pledge AND the national anthem not a thing was said and I was really upset about it!
