  6. I am in the process of doing invites. The person who is creating the invites, I ask will the invites be on cardstock, I want cardstock, the reply was "they will be on nice paper." Is that really giving me what I asked for? To me nice paper and cardstock is two different things.
  7. I would just add the other two girls to the wedding party.

I think that someone who has a done a good job for someone else will probably do a good job for you. Some vendors, I did a cashiers check and sent via UPS

I said, "Yes." Well, today, in conversations with the new Hilton WC, she proceeds to tell me that there will be an $85 charge to rent EACH table cloth. Um, I don't think so. I forwarded her the email that Emeline and I exchanged showing that there was never a mention of a rental fee for these linens so I wasn't paying it. The new WC then replied and apologized for the misunderstanding and agreed that there would be no charge. So, (just to be a bitch) I wrote back and said, "Thank you. I was starting to wonder if you were going to charge my guests to use the restrooms too." I want them to know I'm annoyed with all the "nickel and dime"ing. They haven't given me one thing to thank me for the business. Instead they keep pulling stunts like this. So frustrating!!! Jen that is too crazy!!!! I going to email the wc all the things that Emeline told that are are covered by the hilton. This is too crazy!!! I am glad that you address the issue and keep the forum update.

  14. Some of guest like to party, but they are concerned about getting back to the Hilton after 11:00PM. Do taxis or bus run after 11:00pm. How far is the Hilton from Cabo nightlife?

  16. I have selected a brunt orange color for my wedding. My 2 bm are wearing brunt orange. What other colors can I add?
  17. I book my own vendors, I did the while Emeline was there and advise Mara the same thing before she quit the Hilton. I have not heard that. I booked my own florist, cake , dj ,photo.

  20. I was thinking the same thing also. My dress is ivory, so the bm wearing a white sun dress is ok with me. I plan on changing into something else like a sun dress after the wedding. I like the idea.

I agree Cancun is a little more of a money saver (especially on flights from Texas). Addisonreed1113, you are right. You have to give your guest more then heavy appetizers coming to a dw. I would cut down on the guest list if that is a big factor.
