Kate...you can photo copy the written side and then tape it to a larger piece of colored paper (like matting) and then scrapbook it...so you have the picture side of the postcard showing and then you have the written part too...

It seems that we are all on the same track for the most part...I'm sure these little details just al come together during these last few months...I'm still freaking though!

I am not having an arch...because again...I am too cheap! $250 just for an undecorated arch. However, the large flower arrangements maye quoted me were $95 each...so I should consider the arch for shade instead... I don't know..there are just so many options and I suck at making decisions! I am definately having daisies for the bouquets and to be honest...I really am not a huge flower person. the only reason I am considering flowers is to make FMIL happy....but that is not my number one priority! BTW: I will be doing pink an white daisies...

I love those! What a great price you got!!! I think the smaller logo is good...because it is a souvenir from the wedding but yet...it doesn't take up the whole mug...so people will totally use those everyday!

That's a good idea...yeah see I don't want those not going to think that I want them to change their minds...especiallly because alot of people actually thought that the save the dates were invitations! I don't get it.

Anything is a help! Brad says the same thing that I don't need to send them and I know my family will think it's a waste of money, my friends won't care...the only ones I am concerned about are his family because they are so traditional...Plus...I would like to have an invitation for my scrapbook! See where my priorities are! Maybe I will just do a simple one page cheap deal...with no rsvp cards...just tell them to go rsvp on the wedding website....

Okay so I sent my save the dates quite a few months ago and we only invited like 50 people total maybe. Those who are coming have already booked their trip and those who haven't booked I talk to all the time and they are still toying with the idea of coming so it's on their minds. The rest...I already know aren't coming. So the question is, should I still send invitations? I feel like it's unnessary because for those who aren't coming, it won't change their minds and for those who are, are already coming..I could just send them something with trip and wedding info... I don't know what to do?

Maybe like this...if would cool if I could then take these and use them a centerpieces??

I like this idea also. I saw on here somewhere that people were putting them in the oot bags...but I'm still not sure if I am doing those and I agree...people might forget to fill them out and mail them. I was going to do a photo guestbook...just have them sig a card or something and then get photos of each couple/individual and scrapbook them next to each other...maybe I will use the postcard as the "card" they sign and have their pic and the signed postcard to scrapbook....I also like the idea of buying 2 so that you can scrap the front and back....oh I like this whole idea...I think it would be neat to have the mexican postage on their too...but what if they don't get to me?? Hmm.....

Okay so I will be getting silk petals most likely to line the aisle...however I am thinking maybe I should get some sort of flower arrangements to put at the back of the chairs or maybe the front to set an alter or even just as simple as flowers in baskets hangingfrom the chairs?? does anyone have any pictures for ideas? I prefer daisies....

For those who hired the the trio or similar, do you think one hour is enough or should we get them for two.. I think 1 hr playing time is fine...but maye said something about them needing to take a break every 15 min...which I don't want to sound harsh...they deserve breaks, but I would prefer to pay for only an hour and have them play an hour. It doesn't have to be consecutive... Does this makes sense?

Thank you guys so much!!! After 9 years i finally got my bachelors!!!! It is such a relief!!! Yesterday was a very long day but it was fun and finally over! my FI and I both graduated together, along with one of my best friends...so at least I wasn't along on taking forever!
