Hello again Acacia, I've seen this over a 1000 times and it is always the same. I'd like to call this stage "The anticipation of the BIG moment" It is more common than you think, but if you make a big checklist with the things you need for your wedding, before you know it you will be off the list and ready for your wedding. It will help a lot if you list the things you are being chanllenged with. Believe me, all the people in this forum will make sure you make the right choice. Don't give up!!! Hello Lilywu, It is crucial to make your children feel welcomed in a second marriage. This is basically the best way to start a new family. I am unaware of your children ages, but the sand ceremony is perfect for any age I agree with Dougsgirl. Now if you have children who could read, they can also be part of oyur wedding by reading a poem, scripture, etc. By having your children partcipate in your wedding, they will be the primary witnesses and they will feel good about themselves and finally about the new relationship. I can honestly say that I have worked literally with all the local vendors and we had fun when we happened to worked together. Whether at One&Only Palmilla, Hilton, Crowne Plaza or at Casa Del Mar we have had beautiful events! It is my turn to thank you and I at the same time widely recommend your services. Dear Kim and forum guests, I am as surprised as Kim is regarding this ceremony. Since December 2007, I knew I wasn't available to officiate the wedding at 6:00pm because I have another wedding in Cabo San Lucas at 5:30pm. I was never informed of the rehearsal, but luckily I am able to do it. I just wanted to get my message accross to all of you... Thank you for considering my services, I am flattered that you do. We as vendors are subject to confirmations from the Wedding Coordinators. Thank God I have all my e-mails to prove otherwise. Once again, I apologize for what are you going thru right now Kim. The forum is right, there are many other officiants and they are all very good. Unfortunately, this time I wasn't informed properly by the WC.
