Thank you for sharing...none of this really makes any sense to me. It's all so new...Tomorrow when I go in to get my lab results, I think my doctor will explain it further. Ok...so normally when I work out, I like to listen to fast, upbeat music. I am going to try something different...I am going to make a compilation of all our wedding music and listen to that....even the slow songs. I think having these songs on will TOTALLY motivate me! I hope so anyways. I mean, I always picture my wedding when I hear these songs. And, I think picturing a skinny bride will help me kick it in gear!

I love DMB! Crash into Me is one of my favs. I dont know that Pink song...I don't care for her. And, Awake sounds familiar but I can't place it. I say listen to all 3 and you will know which song is the song by the feeling you get listening to it. I love "At Last" by Etta James....(I think too many people play it for their first song though and I wanted to something different). When I hear "By Your Side" by Sade, I just get that feeling and teary-eyed.

Do you think its too boring and plain? I keep going back and forth between these and the card w/ pockets. Ugh. This is nuts. I really like both....Our original colros were the fuschia colors and the tiffany blue then we switched to the fuschia, orange and lime green.... Crapola!

I was originally going to do card with pockets, but I dont think I have it in me... What do you think about this? Even getting them to make them for me is pretty inexpensive: I am not sure which colors I like best... Ya the cholesterol and hypothyroid is odd....he thinks just getting back to the gym will kick up the cholesterol. He actually prescribed Levoxyl (I got the gerneric form Levothyroxin) 25 MCG. I have been reading all day and Armour keeps coming up...I guess I will give the Levo. a chance and see what happens. I go back later this week to check my insulin levels...I am 99% sure I am insulin resistant. Bad thing is I am moving in August and will have to find a new doctor...I am moving 3 hours away, so staying with this doc will be kinda hard to do. Is the metabolic complex you take just over the counter stuff? Is it found at a health food store? My regular thyroid tests always come back fine. This time I had him test Free T3 and Free T4 and I think this is why he discovered it was underactive...a lot of doctors dont check the FT3/FT4. Have you had yours checked?

Anyone have this? I was just diagnosed TODAY. I love my doc. He was going to call me with the results yesterday but got side tracked so he called me today. He rocks. Anyhow...I also have LOW cholesterol. I ust picked up my prescription for the underactive thyroid. I hope this works!
