Hi girls! Can you believe that November is coming SOOO FAST? OMG! Luckily for me, I had to stay inside all weekend - got a rash from this sunscreen and thus couldn't be out in the sun! - which turned out to be good because I actually got a lot of stuff checked off my list. I made my wedding timeline cards. Bought some potential paper to print them on. Finalized up some OOT bag decisions and shopped for some post wedding clothes. Fun stuff! I wish we had a membership to Sams! We tried Costco to fill the OOT bags, but didn't walk out with a single thing. It's not very condusive to OOT bag filling.

i cannot wait for our TTD. It is one of the aspects of the wedding that I am the most excited about. FI is a little hesitant, as he's a little camera shy, but I think after a full day of having the camera on him at the wedding, by the time the TTD comes around he'll be an old pro!

I personally wouldn't do a gift card. While they are always great, I'd want to give them something they would remember receiving during the special occasion.

I am actually a little nervous about my guests being late. I have some serious drinkers and being at an AI resort, I don't have a lot of faith that they will all get there on time! On that note, I might add an * and say there is only one boat, and that's it. If you miss it, you miss the wedding.

which kind of backing is best for a flower that goes in your hair? I have lots of thin, fine hair so I'm not sure what would be best. Apparently the following are all options: pin back, bobby pin, ponytail, snap clip, hairpin, French barrette, or alligator clip

I haven't seen that dress, but my MOH is wearing this dress from J Crew Strapless Embossed Beach Dress - The Dress Shop - Women - JCrew.com similiar style, but different fabric. My MOH LOVES this dress. Which is also on a great sale right now. (49.99 for the blue, berry and yellow)

they aren't horrible quality. I would think they would hold up just fine for the trip, but I don't think it would be a bag you'd use over and over again. I just don't want people to get the bags and go "OMG why are they giving me this?" So I think if the bag is cheaper there should be something inside that is nice.... which I'm not sure what that would be yet. I'm probably just over thinking this!

So far I have purchased 2 sets of OOT bags. First were from Walmart for $5/bag: Then we went to the dollar tree to get fillers and found these bags for $1/bag: I think I have realized why I do things last minute... if I do them early on, I will sit and second guess everything and try to find something better/more cost effective/cuter, etc. So my delima here is cost versus quality. The Walmart bags were really nice and was something I would buy to use myself as a beach bag. The dollar tree bags are not something I would buy for myself, but I bought them with the intention of using the extra money to fill the bags. Now as I sit and ponder this issue, I wonder if it is better to give people a nicer bag with less "stuff", or give them a lesser quality bag, with more "stuff" inside? For the record the stuff we have so far is: 1. chapstick 2. after sun lotion 3. hand made soap 4. tylenol 5. tums 6. travel candel 7. nerf football thing we are also thinking of doing color changing cups with our logo on them. and will definitely put in some snacks. What do you think? Better bag, less fillers? Cheaper bag, more fillers?

I went to buy Iron on transfers today, but realized that all of them are made for Ink Jet printers.... I have a laser jet. Does anyone know if you can use a Laser Jet printer on the iron on transfer pages?

Hi girls! I am working on my wedding day timeline, but i'm not sure how much information to include? Do i just give them the basics - when/where to meet? Or do I give them the whole speal? Meet in lobby, arive marine, depart marina, arrive LC, ceremony beings, etc? Thoughts? this is what i currently have - FI thinks this is fine, but I feel like it's too much info. 2:30pm – Meet in Dreams lobby 3:15pm – Arrive at marina 3:30pm – Boat departs for Las Caletas 4:30pm – Arrive at Las Caletas 5:15pm – Ceremony begins 5:45pm – Cocktail hour 6:45pm – Dinner 10:30pm – Boat departs Las Caletas 11:30pm – Arrive back in Puerto Vallarta

The other day I was on a site inspection - going out into the desert on jeeps - and a coworker brought sunscreen for us all, being fair skinned I lathered up with it. It was Kids sunscreen SPF 50. I have sensitive skin but figured since it was a brand I'd used before that I would be fine. All was fine and dandy, I didn't get burned, and I thought I was free and clear... until the next day. My very sensitive skin decided it hated the sunscreen and has now broken out into a terrible rash all over my face, neck and chest. I have millions of tiny little bumps all over! How do I make this go away? I have cortozon cream that I've been putting on. What else can I do to expedite getting this ugly rash gone?
