Oh Jenn I would be beyond pissed. People are so stupid sometimes. Don't stress (although I know it's impossible), let things just play out. Worst case scenario, they don't get OOT bags, they don't get cake, they don't get champage and you have to pay a little extra for stuff. I'm sure your FI will be happy his dad decided to show up in the end. You can worry about how to bring the a$$hole back to reality after your wedding. People are asses.

They definitely provided more shade- 2 people could be underneath comfortably. Plus, they looked good in the pics. My photographer loved them...he said he really preferred the ones I had to the ones he said he usually sees.

We did parasols at the ceremony (with program fans- the paper leaf kind, not the wicker kind), and paper fans at the reception. People used all of them. See? Here's Tammy with hers...lol We had one parasol for each couple, one fan for each person.

When I was little, my dad & I made pizza together every Friday- it was our fun little family tradition. We used the pizza crust recipe from the Better Home & Gardens cookbook. It's super easy... 2 3/4 to 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 package active dry yeast 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup warm water (120-130 degrees) 2 tablespoons cooking oil In a large mixing bowl combine 1 1/4 cups flour, yeast, and salt. Add water and oil. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes. Stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can. Turn out on a lightly floured surface. Knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic (6-8 minutes total). Divide in half. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. For pan pizzas, bake in a 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until brown, then top with toppings and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes. For thin pizza bake in a 425 degree oven for 12 minutes or until brown, then top with toppings and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. This recipe will usually provide enough dough for 2 small pan pizzas, or one large cookie-sheet sized rectangle pizza. Your toppings sound delicious! My favorite is pizza with banana peppers and feta cheese

When I used to have a cat I had the littermaid and it was AWESOME! My cat totally didn't mind it- in fact, he liked to watch it..lol
