Who is Clark Rockefeller?

Did any of you ladies see this?!? How can someone be that stupid? She supported his crazy lifestyle and had NO clue he was scamming her. I can not imagine going through this. Sad thing is that is was based on a true story. Who marries someone that they really know NOTHING about!?!

I saw it on Saturday. It is pretty crazy. I guess it's that whole "love is blind" thing initially and then eventually it became a matter of just not questioning him because he was so controlling.

I'm just curious how he scammed his way into being a surgeon and part of the FBI (I think it was FBI, can't remember). Totallly crazy. Also I wonder how he got that apartment and stuff he initially had when he met her (where the party was at). So crazy.

I agree with you ladies, i mean maybe initially the "love is blind" thing is understandable, but after years of him "not" working and yes, how did he mysteriously have money, that apt. when she met him?? very ODD to me for sure!!!

I didn't watch the movie but from what I read it was based loosely on the true story. (I am originally from the Boston area and read the local paper while all of this was taking place.) Lifetime seems to stray from the truth in order to make the movie more marketable. Regardless, the whole "Clark Rockefeller" story is just crazy...amazing how someone can fabricate so much of his life.

i watched it and thought the same thing....how stupid can people be

i have to admit that the whole time i was watching, i was a bit distracted b/c all i kept thinking was "Will and Grace", i was half way expecting for him to confess that he's gay, lol!!

I am so upset!! I set my DVR to record it the day it premiered and today I started watching it and half way through the movie it got cut off!! Direct tv had a msg saying the network had technical difficulties. It was getting so good! Now lifetime isnt even showing the movie anymore Guess I gotta watch it on the comp.
