        I was going to use them too (for tumblers). Is there a certain spot where you request a proof/sample? Do you have to order them first in order to do that?

          i think that the color is great and the design is great. it is pretty small but hopefully they will give you a discount. good luck!

            When you place your order, you check the box for the artwork proof if I remember correctly.

            They won't send a proof unless you order. (or in my case they didn't send it even with my order).

            I paid $261 for these and I do think I deserve a proof. Especially since I have been in contact with them.

              Well then I think you have every right to kick up a fuss; you never saw a proof, which was specified on your part, and you're not happy with the outcome. Did you also keep the copies of the e-mails you sent?

                if you were supposed to get a proof before shipment, then i absolutely think you should let them know you're not happy and wouldn't have approved the proof. hopefully it was just an oversight and they will work with you to make this situation right!

                  I don't think that they are bad just hard to read. I would call them up and tell them you never received a proof, I hope they will work with you

                  Which mug style did you order? (I'm sorry... I'm at work and can't see the pictures.) What model number is it?

                  When i ordered I had to specifically TYPE IN that I wanted a proof. I did it in the comments section. There wasn't a check box when I checked out .

                    I have copies of all my "Ticket" requests ... inquiring about the proof and on 1/2/2008 I received a response that they were still working on the artwork and had to make the date larger. The UPS tracking shows they were mailed on 1/3/2008. hhmmm...

                    Anyway, I just sent them copies of everything they request if you are unsatisfied, so hopefully we can get this resolved.
