Cali! That was an awesome review! I was so sad reading the part about your mom possibly not making it that I actually got all teary here at work sad.gif I could just feel your hurt and how sad you must have felt. I would die if my mom couldn't make it in time for my wedding, she is my best friend. I was so happy to read on and find out that she made it in time. What an amazing relief. I had wondered why she had on jeans in your teaser pics but now we know why! The poor lady!

I'm so glad that you were able to handle the stress and it sounds like you had an amazing time. I love this part:

"When he said does anyone object and no one said anything he said why would anyone come to Jamaica just to object and had us all laughing."

That just made the whole thing fun! What a funny experience you are able to have to remember the rest of your lives, instead of being upset about the bad parts you just made it work and laughed. Sooo happy for you! Major congrats!

I laughed and I cried. Thanks so much for posting. I am so happy to hear that your mom made it in time. I think mine would have freaked out. I would have freaked out. Thanks so much for taking the time to do a review. It is so reassuring to hear what other people think and hear their experiences.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
