@@deecol I know! We'll be at double digit countdown by Saturday During your family Thanksgiving get-together, we started watching YouTube videos of Moon Palace be it was nice to see how excited they were for our wedding.

 

@@acw271011 thank you so much for the kind words. I'm still hurt by my friend's decision but in the end, that's her choice and I'm not gonna dwell on it or let it get me down. If she doesn't want to be there, that's ok because the ones who truly matter will be by our side.

@@Wafflesmom, sorry I have a bunch of catching up to so. Derick's suit is awesome. I might have to show it to my FI because he would love it! We are looking at getting his attire and grooms men's attire at le Chateaux now!

 

As for the napkins, you've probably already decided but I like the second best! Love the color too!

 

I'm sorry to hear about your colleague/friend. That would hurt me too. Especially when you have grown so close together, you want to share the biggest moments in your lives with your best friends. I'm sorry you might miss out on complimentary events. That's the cherry on the cake in my opinion. I'd be quite mad too if that happens to me. I'm glad Der told you to go for a walk with him and waffles! Great idea. I love that he's so supportive to you! (And I love dogs haha).

 

Oh wow! I'm so glad your dress fitting went smoothly and that you still love your dress, mine is on Saturday and I'm so nervous for it (many reasons why that I'll post on my thread soon). I love the jewelry! Is so gorgeous!!

 

The hairstyle is amazing!!! I love it! It will look amazing on you! I love the idea of a jeweled hair piece instead of a veil!

@@yycbride2016 thank you so much :) yes, definitely show your fiancé the suit. We had such a great experience at Indichino, I highly recommend them. Der's first fitting is on Nov 1, I'll take more pics then and show you.

 

I'm still a little hurt by my friend's decision but like we've all learned, we can't control other people's decisions, actions or even feelings. I would have hoped that she would be there for such a special time in my life but it just wasn't meant to be. The walk With Der and Waffle definitely helped :)

So it was my second dress fitting today and I swear I fall in love with my dress more and more each time I wear it! My seamstress has altered the sleeves and the first two layers of my skirt. During this fitting, she pinned the last two layers of my skirt for the final hem. My final fitting will be in two weeks, at which point she will show me two different types of bustles and I'll pick whichever one looks best. I'm also gonna bring all my jewellery and hair jewel so I can see the final look.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
