This is so cute! Is this shareable?? ;)  The itinerary, welcome letter, travel tips are next on my to-do list and I plan to work on it this weekend.

@victoriasalv

I am sending out an email this weekend (we are leaving on Wednesday, wedding is Friday) with "reminders" (wedding attire, restaurant dress codes, don't forget to pack..., etc).

I have found that even though I have provided our wedding website SEVERAL times, people aren't so great at actually reading it and/or retaining the information.

Once our guests are at the resort, they will receive a welcome letter:

(I'm still working on the letter... this is a draft printed on computer paper lol)

@pddcmc I love your welcome letter/flyer for everyone. Esp. with the dress codes! Such a great idea!

@beckys98 I'll ask my FI if there is a way to share it - he used an adobe program.

I love him & he loves me, we'll be married by the sea.

@pddcmc That is sooooo cute! I love it. How are you planning on getting the letters to the guests when they arrive? Will the front desk be handing it out? That's the part I'm just figuring out. if I should mail things to someone's home or not. Or wait until they get there to spread the word. Love it!

@victoriasalv

We are putting the letters inside our welcome gifts - we are giving double wall insulated cups (full of other 'goodies') that guests can reuse at the bar, instead of those tiny, flimsy plastic cups they put your drink in.

@pddcmc so cute! Great idea. Where/when are you passing out the Welcome Bags? I was planning on doing so AT the dinner that's my hold up. How to tell people about the dinner..

I did a pre-travel brochure I sent out 2.5 months in advance.

I also had it listed on our wedding webpage and 2 days before we flew out I sent a mass email just confirming all the dates and times of the important events.    The email was probably the largest factor in people attending our welcome drinks because it would have been the last read before leaving!

Good luck!

I also included it in our website, in a pre-travel letter, and in the itinerary in the welcome bag. We handed out our bags at the check-in event though, so they had a chance to see it before the event.
