Besides Bouquet And Boutonniere, What Other Flowers You Getting?

Recommended Posts

@@pddcmc,

You are looking for coral as well? I find maybe if you have just one flower close to coral then you can use this flower in your bouquets and mix it with pinks then it will look corally.

@@kmk2016 I also love the one on the right. Where did you get these? or are you making them?

. Nope not doing bouquets. I found them on Pinterest and was going to use it as inspiration before I decided against carrying them. I think if you had this as your guide you could build something similar with flowers from michaels. I saw most of these shades/types when I was there last in real touch varieties!

@@kmk2016 - I LOVE that first bouquet w the big peony. Not sure if it's the left or right one but soo pretty. I actually sent really similar pics to the girl doing my real touch ones (bloom bridal).

I'm getting my bouquet and 2 bm bouquets, corsages for the moms and boutinieres for the groom, groomsmen and dad. I get a free bouquet from the resort but it's all roses and I really wanted peonies in there (real or not haha) so I'm just going to use it for decoration somewhere else.

We're pricing out centerpieces now. I don't want the beach theme personally for our wedding, so I really want flowers. Going more for the Parisian chic look now. I'm also bringing some fake ones for decoration here and there.

Of course you are going less beachy and more Parisian chic! We are so having the same wedding lol. Hahahaha that's kind of how I would like to describe our plan... I just didn't have a name for it! I'm going to have a chandelier hanging in the outdoor gazebo, Chivari chairs, big peony and ranunculus flowers at the gazebo for the ceremony... Etc

Haha after seeing our Pinterest pages that's not a surprise! That sounds gorgeous. Our reception spot is kind of difficult to work with - no palapa ceiling to hang things from so we have to string lanterns across. I would LOVE a chandelier otherwise :P. The spacing is also kind of limited so I don't think I can fit a lot of rectangular tables so I'm using round one for guests and a rectangular one for the head table

this is my latest mood board. I'm obsessed with black and white striped table runners now so I'm doing it at the head table with lots of gold and pink accents. I'm going to get chiavari chairs just for the head table to save on costs, and the rest will have those white complimentary ones. And I want to decorate the bride and groom chairs w big peonies and ribbons like this:

so girls I decided to buy my flowers instead of making them. I found a seller on ebay that does pretty nice looking flowers and she can do them in coral too. She said she can customize them to how I want. She priced me up and this is what she quoted:

For:

1 Brides bouquet

1 maid of honor bouquet

3 bridesmaid bouquets

1 grooms bout.

1 best man bout.

3 groomsman bouts.

2 mothers corsages

She said she can sell what I want for $199.00 and she said shipping would be free for a limited time.

I think this is awesome and they look better than what I am sure I would make..lol

oh the seller is yesss-i-do

Here is a sample

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
