On question about your envelope liner, do you feel like the paper cutter was the best way & saved you some time or do you think that you could have done it with scissors? Thank you!! Love your invitation suite!!

I guess you could use scissors, but it really is SO much easier with the paper cutter, and if you intend to do any other DIY, you will use it a LOT!On question about your envelope liner, do you feel like the paper cutter was the best way & saved you some time or do you think that you could have done it with scissors?
