I think there is about 10 of us, but Ann will post a final count and list soon, I'm sure.

So today I ate yogurt+blueberries+kashi for breakfast and lentil soup for lunch.  FX I can stay away from cookies and chocolate.  I hope to start my exercise routine this weekend.  I can't do it now b/c we got a new couch this past weekend and our old couch hasn't found a new home yet, so there is literally no free space in our tiny house.

I'm excited! I think having the support and knowing I am accountable/ in competition with strangers will really motivate me! (not that we will remain stranger for very long!).

I'm trying to eat well the next couple of days, as it's my birthday on Saturday and I know there will be cake (ice cream cake at that!), so..... eat well, exercise and get into that habit. Oh, and the Superbowl on Sunday... man, this weekend is going to be just one bad snack/meal after another!

Looking forward to Monday!

Ok accountability starts here- didn't get to the gym day 2 as planned- realized we don't get paid until NEXT week so we have to wait to join until then. (Day 1 this week was trial day). SO. That's my confession! But I ate really well and stayed exactly at my allowed calories (I sort of use Lose it iPhone app when I feel like I'm out of control to track my days.) so I don't feel horrible about messing up the gym joining week. At least the gym will coincide with BL starting week now!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
