My pleasure . It's the least I can do to contribute on here. Cuz I'm telling you all right now it won't be any DIY projects. Martha Stewart I am not . Lol

So in case some of you were not aware. You can go on to American Airlines website and contact their group rates department for a 5% discount for your guests.

It will actually say weddings . You fill out the form with all your info and after a coiple of days they send you a agreement. Your not legally bound to anything but the cool thing is after about 10 ppl book you can get a free ticket for yourself .

They also send you inserts to put in your invitations with the discount code.

Thought I'd share

This is an excellent tip!!!  Do you know if any other airlines will do this?

Yeah...I don't think I'll be doing a lot of DIY projects myself! My friend is making my invites (LOL) and I just 'supervise'.

I haven't booked my trip out yet. with less than 8 months go, I secretly get panic attacks but I know if I wait a little longer the prices will drop a bit more lol.

That's what I tell myself anyway...Hopefully by October and i'll be all booked and ready to bounce!girl_werewolf.gif I think this is the Bridezilla smiley. LOL

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
