I thought I was the only one that gained weight during their engagement. Glad I'm not alone!  Between people wanting to celebrate our engagment,  holidays and general summer fun it's been a downward spiral in that department. I've gotta buckle down though because I should be having my first fitting in about 10 weekssmile43.gif I know it's hard to go shopping when you're not feeling so hot about yourself but you'll look gorgeous in your dress!!!!    One good thing about having one picked out is then you know what body part(s) you need to work harder at toning!
10 weeks wow exciting

Girl! I won't even go there. When I met the FI 2 1/2 yrs ago I was working out 6 days a week. Now I'm cooking 6 days a week and licking the spoon and bottom of the plate clean. He's slim, has a soccer physique I guess. I have to work suuuuuuuper hard to stay at a decent weight. Every 5 pounds I gain he's like " babe I swear I'm gonna get super supportive" as he is spooning cereal into his mouth at midnight. I know I know, he didn't make me gain weight I did it myself , but when I was single I didn't cook much. Made some boring chix and broccoli or had a lean cuisine standing at my counter. I love to cook and NOW I have an audience. We are Caribbean so rice, rice, rice. :( Started spinning again, slowly but surely. My arse is on fire tho. Lolol

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
