Hey!! Here's my Regime: I started being extremely strict on July 1 and so far I've lost 13 lb's and am feeling awesome. I now notice I feel really shitty if I cheat and eat junk or go out for supper and don't follow my plan.
First of all, I eat all my carbs before 4pm, and for supper just have protein and veggies. Second, I eat all my fruit (2 servings/day before supper as well, because of the sugar and subsequently carbs).
Breakfast - Hard Boiled egg whites (hard boil, and then remove the yolk) - 2 or 3
10 Breton Mini crackers with 1 light laughing cow wedge
5 OZ fresh strawberries
Snack - 1 Apple
Lunch - 1/2 low carb Pita
Egg salad made with .3 hard boiled egg whites, 1 tsp half fat hellmans may, 2 tsp Dijon Mustard, and chopped dill pickle, celery and onion (or I'll do a similar thing with 70G of Tuna packaed in water), or I'll use about 4-5 slices of light deli meat.
2 baby cucumbers
Snack - celery sticks
Dinner - about 3.5-4 OZ of lean protein - red meat only 1x/week so I eat shrimp, fish, chicken, pork tenderloin, eggs..
8-10 OZ veggies done different ways, steamed, grilled, roasted..whatever.
Sauces I use vinegar and lemons/limes to add flavor, or low sodium broth instead of oils. I drink TONS of water, and change it up with soda water with lemon or lime, crystal light and diet pop to get through cravings.
