Hi I was looking over your time line and was wondering when you plan or do you plan to do a grand entrance before the fire show? I'm still hesitating on our timeline and would like some feedback.

5:3O ceremony

5:50 group photos

6:00-7:00 cocktail hour

7:15 grand entrance first dance cake cutting

7:30-9:00 dinner

9:00-9:15 speeches

9:15 1000 fire show

10:00 dancing begins with piñata breaking

@@hapykat - Hi! We are not planning to do many of the "traditional" wedding things, such as entrances, speeches, bouquet/garter toss, etc. The only thing we might do is a first dance, but we are still thinking about it. Jessica had suggested the fire show either right before or right after dinner. The reason we chose before is because we also have the DJ and having the fire show after dinner would cut into our DJ/dancing time more. Having the show before dinner will allow us to have the DJ from 7-11pm, so that should leave at least two hours of dancing/party time after dinner. Jessica assured me that the sun would be setting around the time of our fire show, which we are happy with.

Hi I've been communicating with jessica about the bases and she's totally lost. Said the hotel doesn't have too many to rent. Can you please confirm with me how many cases you are renting from her and the sizes? Does the hotel in fact have 3 sizes?

Thanks!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
