    When it comes to choosing the wedding decorations, you must decide on the issue. Once done, you can make decisions on the budget will be.

    Here are 10 tips you should know to lower the cost of wedding decorations.

    1. Decide on the essential points that must first and then worry about the extras.

    2. The hand that centers yourself using items priced within your budget.

    3. Using artificial flowers is cheaper than fresh flowers unless you pick a field.

    4. Skip additional wedding favors and attention to detail of the decor.

    5. Never go over your budget because it was created for a reason.

    6. For smaller items like candles, candle holders, small laces etc. visit your nearest shop in dollars.

    7. Never underestimate the elegance of basic d©cor. Sometimes minimal is best.

    8. Some items very versatile and can make a beautiful decorations include: cake, Napkins, clay pots, plastic containers / vases, faux flowers, pearls, balloons, pillar candles, rhinestones, and empty wine bottles.

    9. Tissue paper roses and flowers give off a beautiful look to any decor and are quick and easy to make.

    10. A word to the wise is that the decoration should not amount to half the money spent on the reception.

      On tip #3, it's always good to check.Buying my flowers fresh in Puerto Vallarta will actually be cheaper than artificial ones. (I know, I'm shocked too!)

      We have decided not to bring many decorations to keep costs down and not have to stress about them being right!

        I wan't planning on bringing any decorations. I but I suppose if you leave that stuff at the hotel it makes room for shopping in your luggage.

            Great tips! My FI and I will each be buying a suitcase strictly to fill with decor and giving it to one of our younger guests (a starving student or unemployed teen lol) or a stand out employee from the resort who will definitely appreciate it! .

             

            Cheaper, less stressful, and more rewarding than shipping!
