I have been scrapbooking our history and adding info about the planning, the trip to see the resort, the invites etc, and I came up with the idea to scrap the guestbook pages, this seemed like a fabulous idea until I realized what a time consuming project this was going to be, so I took some time and figured out how to make a digital scrapbook page, I used a program called printmaster mostly because it was cheap and seemed to have the most options, its not exactly user friendly, but I managed to get around it fairly well.  It is a broderbund program if you are interested.  Anyway I have the first of 40 layouts I will be doing and thought I would share the idea, it seemed to work fairly well and i am excited about how it will fit in with the scrapbook I am doing for the whole experience

I picked up printmaster a few months back at the beginning of my planning process because I thought it would help with all my design projects, I found it REALLY tough to navigate, you weren't able to do everything I expect and it was a SLOW program!  I am glad to see you were able to get it to work for you!

Oh I made up new swear words in the process, and it is really hard to figure out, once I had the basic idea though things started flying, I have to produce 40 of these so I am glad the pace picked up.  It is also persnickity with the printer, but happy they look as good as they do

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
