Hello Brides!

 Just wondering if anyone booked through aircanada and if they gave you any type of promotion?? we have  28 people who booked through our group package and my TA said there are NO promotions..but I find that hard to believe..any info would be great!! thanks

I would talk to your TA about that because a group booking should have a discount.  We got quotes for a bunch of different companies, including Air Canada, and they were going to offer us every 25th person free.  We ended up not using them as Transat was a few hundred dollars cheaper and we get every 15th person free.  I would ask your TA for group quotes from other vacation companies, and then if one is cheaper and you really want to use Air Canada you can see if they will price match, thats what we did with Sunquest and Transat.

I would definitely shop around for a new TA. We had the same problem with our previous TA only she was quoting group rates way to high. Our new TA found a fantastic deal with SunWing where if you book 15 people, the 16th person is free (minus taxes) which could be used towards a free room for Bride & Groom or a credit to distribute across your group to lower their price. I have seen some type of deal with AC where if you book 10 people, you get some type of promotion/discount. I would definitely look into that. Also WestJet have promotions too. In fact most TAs will use as many promotions and discounts they can find to lower the price for you and guarantee a solid quote as they want your business. Especially if you are booking 30+ guests.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
