Jamaica2012, I'm not sure if anyone answered your question. I have been at this for months sadly haha Can't say I know too much but I picked the resort and date and just got an idea of what average rates have been like. My resort is letting us block off 10-15 rooms until like 4 months before the wedding so if gives my guests time to book.  I feel like most will probably go on expedia or whatever on their own but I do have a TA to help them. Just in case. We booked through the TA so he gets a little kick back.  Hope that helps!! Good luck!!

are there any brides on here that are getting married at the GPLH in jamaica? I have some questions about the after wedding dinner lol lol in our package we get dinner, but what should we do...private dinner or what the resort has to offer?

has anyone been married there or know someone who has?

Im a April 2012 bride as well.

 

Getting married 11th April 2012 at Azul Sensatori, Mexico.

 

Cannot wait.

 

Having a week honeymoon at El Dorado Casitas, Mexico afterwards.

 

Great to find lots of April brides to plan along with.

Congratulations Kerry!! setting a date and location are such a big accomplishment. What a relief! I'm getting married at Azul Beach and doing a week honeymoon at the Casitas as well. Maybe we'll bump into each other. I'm getting married April 7th 2012. :) Happy planning!

When do you get to the Casitas? I was very tempted with Azul Beach but there don't do any holidays from the UK to there anymore! Looks beautiful. x

We get to the Casitas April 9th the Monday after the wedding. We are going to book our minimoon next week. I believe right now they are not running any specials I just have to keep an eye on the website. When do you get there?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners.
