Hey ladies! I just found this thread - so glad I did :)

 

I'm a January bride at Grand Palladium Mayan Riviera. They aren't allowing anyone to book for 2012 until May 15th, but I'm banking on January 5th. I'm going to make sure I am the first person on the phone with the WC that day :)

 

Looking forward to planning with you all over the next 7 months or so!

 

If you are sending out invites, when are you doing it? I was thinking July...?

 

I sent out STDs in February. We had 39 booked the last time I spoke to our TA - with the exception of immediate family, almost all are friends!

 

aahq - we have freakishly similar monograms... I like your style!! haha

So pumped... I had to share this with you ladies!!! I offically made my first vistaprint.ca order. I got totes, caps, tshirts, notebooks, pens, and mugs all for Mother and Father of the Bride and Mother and Father of the Groom for a mini gift and guess what.... it was FREE!!! I only had to pay shipping!!! I am so excited about this. I have been hearing about this vistaprint but I never understood it until tonight. I have a email offer for tons of free stuff and it said offer ends May 2, but it still gave me all the free stuff. If anyone wants me to forward the email for them to use, just pm me you email and I will pass it on!!!! YAY for free stuff!!!!

Vistaprint IS awesome.  I know they say the sales end, but I've saved the really good emails too, and used them way afterwards! It's great!

 

I did STD postcards and magnets, address labels and stamp (which was great for the wedding show!) among other things.

Oh Lizzdee, I know the feeling, it was awesome when we sent them out and we did passport invites... guests are still raving about them!!! Just have to wait for RSVPs now!!!! YAY!!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
