I think a shoreline themed gathering would be cool, not shabby. I don't think a shoreline themed wedding, is a smart thought, more the gathering as I effectively expressed. On the off chance that you need a shoreline themed gathering, you could have the hues be something like blue-green and white. You could have a bundle of blooms, any sort, and have starfish or sand dollars or something. Congrats! Trust I made a difference!

Here in Vallarta we've had many brides bringing starfish decoration items,  we've seen them ALL: From the bride's earrings, to picture frames, individual starfish for every guest on their plate, as decoration for the aisle, or as a cake topper,etc. There are many cute  decorations you can use for your beachwedding.
