It is with regret to write this review.

 

I initiated a group order from wholesalepashminas in February. The guy I worked with was Joseph. He was bit difficult to get in touch with in the beginning but I was able to send in a group order. After I received the shipment there were pashminas missing for two of the orders. I immediately contacted him and sent him the ladies information and what needed to be sent. He responded quickly and told me that he would send the missing pashminas.

 

One of the ladies with missing pashmina contacted him directly as well and he also told her the same thing. She contacted me in mid March because she never received her missing pashmina. During this time I continued to call and e-mail him but now there was no response. The second lady began attempting to e-mail him as well and contact him. But it is with regret to write that neither of us have received a response. It is now late April and money has been spent and the product has not been received.

 

I am writing this because I do not want any other bride to have the same experience with this vendor. The experience was fine until we needed to resolve this issue and Joe has not made any effort to resolve this issue.

I'm one of the brides affected by this and I really didn't want to have to leave negative feedback but at this point we have nothing left to lose. Luckily I'm only out 2 pashminas and shipping but that doesn't excuse Joe's poor service. I mean really what would it take to ship out 2 pashminas and keep your good name in business? We've given him every opportunity to rectify this situation and have been totally ignored. I really hope any future brides don't use this company and get ripped off like we were. It's too bad cuz he really had a nice product but with customer service like this the company will go nowhere but down. I've dealt with quite a few vendors already and this is the first bad experience I've had.

 

Beware future brides! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this company if you are looking for pashminas!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
