I hear ya!

We have received more RSVPs even though I STILL have not sent out the STDs. Have to write addresses today and get those out. My FI keeps spreading the word about our website to everyone so if I wait any longer the STDs will be pointless :) 6 people coming so far and 2 who cannot attend. I am starting to think that I was wrong when I thought that about 20% of all invited would come, we are getting a great response so far and it seems like we might have a lot more guests than I anticipated. Anyway, as we say in Sweden, don't shout Hey until you have crossed the river ;) They have to book too.

Oh my goodness Sara! Can you please do me a favor?? I'm getting married Nov. 12th!! Yay! I did a site visit last year, but I was wondering if you can take a few pictures of the updates they've made to Las Olas for me?? That would be so great! I need to finalize my decor and just found out they changed it up a little since I've been there. If you could, I will owe you a large review when I get back from the honeymoon! :)

Whenever you get a chance to email them, I would appreciate it,

Carly

I've recently been worrying a lot about the rain... didn't realize how close it was to hurricane season. We're planning on a larger wedding as well (75 - 85), did you see any ceremony options for a group that size other than the beach? Las Olas sounds like a perfect reception area. Oh and I'd definitely pay the extra for upgraded chairs!!
Thank you!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
