Lisa- I'm very jealous you have so many people booked and ready to go. For me it's like pulling teeth to find out who's coming for sure!

Well I cheated a bit and sent out my invites early with a deadline reply date of Sept 15th to guarantee the group rate but really it's sept 25th for the straglers which there are some still!!! Don't think I am going to get to that 50 though to have the buffet! Also out of 86 invitations sent I only have back about 45 or so which sucks! Don't people realize the planning that is involved, sheesh....

I was wondering if  anyone has the wedding package for Sapphire? I know it was sent to me before but now I can;t find it.

 

Also, does anyone know if kids under 12 count towards the 25 people limit?

I don't have 50 people going and we are still doing the buffet.  I did not like any of the options that they had and they are allowing us which I am grateful for =)

Wow You got them to do the buffet for less then 50 ppl!! thats great work! how many people are you having? did they charge you anything extra?

Wow that's great! Thanks for the info. I will be close so maybe they will make an exception. I haven't even asked yet I was just going based on conversations with other girls on here.

That is great to know! My FI would def. prefer the buffet and if we could get it even though we're not 50ppl would be great!

Dress is shipped and can't wait to get it! Also booked Ivan Luckie and finally paid the deposit last week for the wedding and TTD session. Sooo excited. His pictures are beautiful and he is awesome to deal with! Becoming more like a friend already. He is sooo easy going and passion about his work, friendly, funny and I think we are going to have a blast with him! Look him up on here or facebook if you haven't found a photographer yet!

Everything you said is so true!! He is becoming more of a friend also. 

 

We are going to pay our deposit sometime this week. I can't wait!! We are doing an engagement session, a couple hours on our wedding day and a TTD at the beach and a cenote with his new underwater photography! I can't wait to see your pictures!!!

Hey Kristie

He even put me in contact with a fire dancer if you are interested! I love his pics but hope that he ends up shooting another wedding at the Now before mine also so I can see some pics and he will already have a feel for the place. He told me he is going to go check it out anyway and I think we might be doing our TTD at Xelha or Xplor! I hope Anel his wife is able to come that day too!
