bikegirl, I think everyone is just following their own plan. I am simply trying to watch what I eat and exercise regularly. Actually, I am just trying to go back to my habits from before I started dating FI, funny enough.

Hey Bikegirl,

As Cindy said, I think most people will be doing whatever works for them, including eating better and exercising more. Perhaps we should get our season 8 winner LeAnne to give us some tips!

And thanks to Elifrigo for posting that diet -- I haven't had a chance to download it yet since I'm at work, but I like that it's nutritionist approved! I feel like we should add a disclaimer on the first page about promoting healthy ways to lose weight... I don't want anyone to go to extremes or damage their bodies. It's important to be healthy first!

Hot yoga is awesome! I just signed up for unlimited classes for the next 4 months. I also find that cutting processed carbs really works for me -- especially sugar, white bread, white rice, white pasta, etc.

Thanks for sharing guys! I was just curious what everyone else is going to be doing. :)

I'm going to cut down on carbs, too as that has worked for me in the past. nsbride2010, i like the idea of hot yoga! a friend has been trying to get me to go, so this is a good push.

I'm not very good at following exercise even though I know P90X would work if I followed through. I think I'm going to pull out the bicycle and bike to places instead of taking the TTC or getting the FI to drive. I remember I did that all summer one year and lost some weight without even realizing!

I sat down this weekend and came up with a workout calendar for the next month. I figure I can stick it on my fridge so that I know each day what I should do. If I have it in writing, I'll feel guilty if I don't do it.

I'm also using the LoseIt iPhone app to help keep track of calories and exercise. I'm trying to cut down on carbs (but not cut out totally). I'm one of those people who would rather have bread/chips/etc instead of sweets, so I need to cut back on how many carbs I am eating.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
