Couch to 5k program

Thanks for the link!! I love to run but I just have not done it lately. I am running a 5K on St Patty's day prior to going to the Parade gotta burn the calories I will be putting on that day!! My goal is to eventually run a half marathon I heard this program is really good for when you exceed the 5K plan The Runner's World.com Ultimate Half Marathon Training Plan

 

Congrats to Matt for kicking the habit that is awesome!!

I have dont this program before and plan on doing it again now and more very sriously once we hit daylight savings, ( I like running outside more).

I've had a couple of friends to do it, and they said it works great!

 

I think I am going to try it after I finish the Hundred Pushups and Two Hundred Squats programs. I feel that trying all 3 might be too much at once!
