So I actually stopped to do a monogram. This is my first one...well first and second...lol

I love hearts and my colors are mint green, turquoise and yellow. But I need to know what's missing or what should I do different.

Monogram #2 looks fantastic - great Job!

Monogram #1 the yellow font is a bit hard to read but looks good otherwise :)

Great job for getting this far. I would try thinning out the green border. I would center the date and look at the bottom of the date to make sure it is not cut off.

Nice job on the monogram. I might suggest making some changes to the font and the colours that you are using. It's a little thin and tricky to read...something a little bolder and thicker would stand out more...nice job on darkening the picture though...have you thought to change your names to a Green or Blue and the circle and big letter to yellow? Keep playing...your first few attempts looks good!

I'm gonna try all the ideas. and maybe play around with the second one. it just seems so bland like there should be something else there.

                    but thanks!!!

I think you're coming along nicely with it! Not sure what program you're using, but can you add a drop shadow to the text? That always helps make things "pop" from the background!
