I have decided to use an ipod over using a DJ I just can not imagine spending another 1000 on a dj. I heard the ikick 500 is great so i bought it (love it) but now I am worried about not having a microphone for annocements and stuff. Anyone have any ideas?

This is something that I cannot decide on either.  I will be having about 40 people at my wedding.  Do some resorts allow you to borrow a microphone or do you have to rent that as well?

I love the idea of an ipod dock.  There are only 12-14 of us, so that would be fun!
