Confused noob!

Recommended Posts

Hiya,

I'm sooooo confused, I have spent all weekend looking at hotels and wedding packages and reviews and im still none the wiser!

I am looking for an outdoor wedding (Probably Valley of fire) and am thinking of using 'Las vegas weddings' that are based in the Hilton in vegas or 'The las Vegas Wedding Company'.

Does anyone know if these companies are reputable? I have looked on so many review sites but haven't really been able to find many reviews good or bad and im just so confused!!!

Any other suggestions for reputable companies would be welcomed :-)

Thanks guys ;-)

I am not sure about the companies you are specifically looking at, but there is a thread specifically for the Valley of Fire on the Vegas page. I think that will be the best place to look and to gather information and get great ideas on photographers, etc. I would just suggest not doing it in the middle of summer as it will be very hot.

Good luck and keep us posted!

Congrats and welcome! My cousin did an out door wedding at Cesars Palace and it was beautiful, you can contact the hotels directly, a lot of them are experienced in doing weddings and I'm sure they will be able to point you in the right direction of what you are looking for.

Hi, did your cousin have a reception and if so, where was it? I'm thinking of the bristol suite at the espn zone.

Hiya

When I was looking for places to get married, I came across a website called Scenic Las Vegas Weddings | Affordable Wedding Packages in Las Vegas. - they do weddings in loads of locations around Vegas .... Red Rock Canyon looks fantastic!

I don't know what the ceremony will be like, but I was so impressed with the photography that I have asked if I can hire the photographer for my wedding - they have been very quick with responding and can accomodate everything i've asked about. So............. as a first impression of the company itself - it's all good.

Have you got as far as the dinner yet?? Any ideas are welcome, i'm totally stuck!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
