Pash Problems ... WE'RE REORDERING PASH'S - anyone else interested?

Recommended Posts

Would it be possible to have them ship to two locations? Maybe on on the east coast and one on the west coast? This way it would save a lot of money. I remember when I shipped it costs the most to Canada obviously but second to that was when I had to ship to Texas and Cali. But the girls that were on the East Coast weren't that expensive at all. So maybe if we could ship to Ann on the east coast and she can re-ship to the east coast girls and then one girl can volunteer on the west coast for the west coast girls?

Geez who knew pashs could get so complicated.

*Update: My bf went to Chinatown today and I asked her to stop by and see if the lady was there. She text me from there and said the shop was still closed. Not sure what's going on anymore.*

Ok, when I say I don't know, I just mean, we invited 280, so I'm estimating 125 (some were colleagues, family friends, etc that will not come for sure), but since I have such a large group, I don't want to order for 120 guests and really only get 90 guests or so.

I am doing OOT, so I have been working on that (koozies, etc), but the pash's and coolers were going to be the last thing ordered since 75 x guest# adds up quickly.

Our official RSVP isn't until the end of September though...our event is not an AI or one that quickly sells out, and we have blocked enough rooms for everyone, so time isn't of the essence for our guests to make reservations. Our Save the Dates have gone out, but invitations don't go out until Labor Day.

My point is, I don't want to hold yall up, but I don't want to overcommit too much either.

First, I think we need to verify who still wants them so we know what our actual count is. I saw a couple people who had originally notified Glenda that have not responded to this thread at all. From those who have responded to the thread, it appears most have an October or later wedding date, with the exception of Lisa (from what I can tell). But there are a couple people on the original list that I'm not sure of their wedding dates and delaying the order may affect them, as well as affecting whether an order later would be sizable enough for the guy to extend the discounted offer to us.

The thing with the order is this: He's willing to discount the price for a *bulk* order. I got him down on the price because of the order for an estimated 200 pash's. If we sent him half of that, he may not honor the price because their profit isn't going to be worth the overhead of processing and shipping the order.

If people choose to wait and make their own orders, the price would go back up to 3.50 each and the shipping would be $15 for an order over 100 pash's or $20 for shipping if the order is under $50.

Hey, how come no one is telling me what colours to gethuh.gif Help.

I want them, so I do not care which way it gets done, you guys can decide. I think though, it makes most sense to just send them all to Ann, but that is because they will not ship them to me, so someone else will have to get them to me anyway.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
