Amy, any results?
Well I wasn't doing it to lose weight so no weight or inches were lost... I only noticed my muscle endurance improved a lot and my stomach had some toning in it but that's about it.

P90X is what works best for me personally, everyone is different though because I don't prefer to do all cardio (which it is) I prefer to mix it up and do cardio, weight lifting, kickboxing, ploymetrics, yoga, pilates etc.

Oh hmm, I don't need to shed any lbs. Maybe 5 more lbs. FI says he needs to so i guess it's for him. I would want to try p90x but we don't know anyone who will burn them for us!

Absolutely, you'd definitely get nice and toned by your wedding even though it's a 90 day program you see results fast, within a few weeks, which is truly my favorite part :)

Cool, I have to tell FI about that! Cardio might be too much. I've already went down a size and lost some of my booty. smile117.gif Is there a site that I can get it for cheaper?

That's the worst! I panic every time my booty shrinks sad.gif

I have heard ebay you can get it for a pretty good price! You need to buy accessories like a pullup bar (if you want) and free weights or resistance bands but go to somewhere like Target for that stuff, way cheaper. I bought the Iron Gym pull up bar which I just hang in my doorway, works great!

all this talk about booties and working out - I need to get my booty to keep working out! It's good info to have about p90x tho. FI & I have been talking about starting that. I've heard really good things about it!

Shannon, sounds like you guys had a great time Sat/Sun!! I hear you about feeling old! It's soooo hard to recover from those kinds of nights!
