    WW is a fabulous program, it really teaches you how to eat! I am not going to the meetings anymore, but still do the program at home. I would suggest to any WW virgins that want to try it out, to go for abot 3 months and you will have the hang of it and be able to do it from home as well! Good luck. Great spreadsheet idea. I have about 5 more posts before I can open it!! lol.

        Will definitely be using this as soon as I get enough posts to open it! You girls are so inspiring. I keep pushing back when I'm going to start my diet since life is so crazy right now. But when is life not crazy. Thanks to this forum, I'm going to start today!

              I'm doing WW online.  It's much easier than going to meetings, especially if you aren't a meetings-type person (like me).  It's easy to follow, and you can still treat yourself every now and then
