Congrats & welcome to the forum! I'm not sure of any actual chapels, but the Casa Magna Marriot in Cancun has a beautiful gazebo area that overlooks the beach & they do catholic ceremonies from this location (which I have heard that it is almost unheard of to be able to do a catholic ceremony outside in Cancun.) I'm not positive on the specfics, as we we were not looking to have a catholic ceremony, I just happened to read somewhere that this was something that they offered. Hope that makes sense; good luck!!!

This is what I was reading online:
"Many people choose CasaMagna Marriott for their weddings and large-scale functions. With 11,000 square feet of outdoor and indoor space and wedding staff that will take care of every detail, the Marriott Casa Magna Cancun is the perfect place to get married. The hotel is also the only hotel in Cancun that is allowed to conduct a Catholic wedding ceremony."
