I've been looking for a card box that is foldable (for putting in a suitcase for travel)... every card box i've found is thick cardboard and comes fully assembled ...

Any links to something that might work would be appreciated!
    Thanks!

I was thinking of the ones from ikea, then you can decorate it how you want it also.

depending on the shape if you go to Mirkwood designs they will give you tons of patterns and templates that you can print out and enlarge. If your pattern is to large for the copier, cut the pattern in 1/4's and enlarge that way. I use this site all the time they are great. For the paper I buy the large cardboard from staples or grand and toy.

              Here is the link.
