Nice job! I love Tiffany and Co. !!!

I have about 20 pieces of Tiffany jewelry but the "China" version! I always bring some home for my friends and they love the fact that is not real but great knockoffs! I bought my BM's the starfish silver necklaces. I think they will love them!

But when we are in NY or Chicago we always visit the T & Co and leave fingerprints and drool all over the glass cabinets. LOL

I will miss you girls! I am off to Tokyo with my FI, he has a business trip and I'm tagging along. I've never been to Japan... I can't wait! Talk to you next week!

xoxo

Okay...two days of working on wedding invites and racing around...missed tons! LOL.

For the registry we decided to register for a few things we would like and never get around to spending the money on, plus my FI and I both bought our homes on our own when we were really young; we have joined everything up and gotten rid of most doubles, but all our stuff was not spectacular hand me downs etc. So we are registering for a few things that we can replace that stuff with and have as "ours". As for home depot, my friend found a great little poem that I am putting on our website unher the title "Home Depot". I will post it when I get home...I'm at work now and don't have it with me.

Bachlorette....I am so not into the bar or strippers. My girls have suggested YukYuk's and then home and then a total chick night. There is a girl I work with who has this amazing side job...she has a super steady hand and hand paints beautiful designs on your toes! So you go get a pedicure and then she comes and its about $10/person and you have over 50 designs to choose from. That and some beverage consumption....I must say though....Vday....pole dancing classes sounds intriguing...

TonyandTina - we are in a similar position, but with my dad passed away...so mentioning everyone was difficult. We decided we were old enough not to have our parents on our invites....we invited everyone to "celebrate" our marriage with us...clearly in the times there is no mention of a wedding ceremony and we are going to make sure we thank the parents and step and we have the microphone.

Okay this is a little long!

We're getting married in Curacao and things are a little different there. We had to write a letter to the Civil Office saying what day and time (and alternatives) that we wanted to get married on. We also had to send copies of our passports and copies of passports of our 6 witnesses, along with legalized copies of our long form birth certificates and single certificates. It was a pain in the butt let me tell you and rather expensive, but considering the wedding is free - it works out in the end. So now we wait for them to approve it.

I have the date booked with the hotel - I think it's just a technicality with the government. But the hotel won't do anything until the government approves. We had to get the documents to them no later than 3 months before and as 3 months just hit we had them there well in advance so hopefully it will go quicker. We have booked and we're all paid.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
