i'm so not a jewelry aficionado but i think a custom made wedding ring that is formed around all sides of it would work -- yanno so that the center of your E-ring would slip through it's middle? Sorry I like I said I know nothing about jewelry so I sound so retarded trying to explain it

wow that is so beautiful!! congrats. I would say a thin band of diamonds to match the band on your ering. Super thin though so it doesn't take away from the ering.

I'd agree with the majority here -- take it to a jeweller and see what they suggest or can design for you. Im jewellery retarded as well.

my cousin had a ring somewhat similar and she had a really thin custom diamond band molded to both sides, so it didn't look uneven (like one on the top one on the bottom)...it looked awesome...i think that would look good with yours also

Your ring is so pretty I agree you can have a band made that matches the design. I have a basket set so I had a ring designed so my wedding band follows the shape of the ring. A jeweler should be able to make you something that will fit perfectly.
