Sloan - your flowers were blue though

Lisa - I did not do it either. But I'm not very traditional, there are a lot of things we did not do !

I have old (Grandma's ring), blue (my flip flops), new (everything I'll have on that day)...I'm just missing something borrowed. I'm not going to actively look for anything to borrow, so I guess I'm not going to do it
I have a fabulous photographer I can share in the United States Virgin Islands in late April/early MayP.M. if interested!http://img.weddingco....pvbh7hxc5u.png

I haven't really decided myself...I'm not really traditional either, but it might just be a fun thing to do. I guess I'll see once we get closer to the wedding!

personally, don't bother with any "traditions" that aren't in your family's, or anything you're truly excited for! the groom taking off the garter in front of everyone with his teeth? SO not for me! Lol, some of that stuff I think is a bit outrageous!

It's sad that the very first thing I thought of as far as tradition goes in my family is to marry and divorce as often as possible! My dad is divorcing his 3 wife, my mom is on her 4th husband, my uncle divorced twice (now a confirmed bachelor), and my aunt has married 3 times!

Maybe I should start something new!!!!!!!

                Crystal, LMAO!

My something new is my dress, something old and borrowed is my great, great grandmother's brooch (who was a slave) that I am wearing on my dress. There is a long history and story that goes along with the brooch the first gift to my great, great grandma from the slave owner. (who eventually married her) It is very precious to our family. My something blue is a garter that I will absloutely will not let FI grab with his teeth.
