Card Box Ideas?

Is anyone using a card holder that's not a box but a satin bag? I'm really not sure what to bring and what is easiest to transport.

 

I feel that even if people don't give a gift they will still give a card full of well wishes.

 

I would love to hear what everyone else is doing.
