how much jewelry did you wear?

Recommended Posts

I have purchased a set of crystal drop earrings, matching crystal necklace, matching crystal bracelet and crystal headband. I am just curious, do you think that is too much or are there other brides out there who are going all out even though its a destination wedding?

I think on your wedding day you should wear whatever makes you feel beautiful. It's the one day where you can get away with doing whatever you want! I'm wearing earrings and a cuff bracelet and am still debating on the necklace.

I think that you are fine with whatever meets your vision for your wedding!! We all have different ways we are defining DW's .. some are more simple; others more ornate; all are absolutely beautiful though.

I am going very simple with my jewelry... I am going to do a hair flower and maybe my diamond stud earrings.

I also agree that you should do what makes you happy.

I wore a necklace, headpiece and bracelet. I had earrings on at the beginning, but I lost one so I took them off.

Try it all on together and see if you think it looks good. If you like it, that is all that matters, its your day.

I agree that you should do what you think looks good and makes you happy. I'm wearing a hair flower, necklace, earrings and bracelet. The jewelry is relatively simply - mostly pearls and crystals. I think it looks good with my dress, and adds something to it since it is relatively simple.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
