    congrats!!!!

    you are definitely doing it the right way as well! there is enough stress in wedding planning without over-stressing about losing weight.

      I have lost 5 so far and would like another 10-15 before Nov 2009. I agree that oatmeal is the way to go!

          Congrats! I need to start being more consistent with the gym. I haven't gone in two weeks and keep making up excuses! Your posts have motivated me to go today!

            Congratulations! You are motivating me to keep going. I will even try to incorporate the oatmeal into my breakfasts in the morning.
