Healthy breakfast ideas

I am trying to get back on the workout wagon. Does anyone have any good ideas for a healty breakfast that is not time consuming?

 

I thought it would be a good idea for everyone to post their favorite healthy everyday breakfast!

 

Hope there isn't a thread on this already.

Well if I want to kick it up I do the high protein low carb diet:

 

Breakfast:

 

Blueberries

Cottage Cheese

Green Tea

 

But usually I just eat the following:

 

Breakfast:

1/2 slice of polish wheat bread toasted

farmers cheese spread on bread

Slices of tomatoes on top with cummin seeds and salt and pepper

1 small cup of coffee and milk

1 large cup of green tea

 

Sometimes instead of the farmers cheese I use avocado slices

low fat yogurt and an apple, I am always in a hurry and so its super easy to grab and go.

Quaker Oats weight conrol oatmeal. I keep a box in my desk and make it when I get to work. It has 7 g of protein, keeps me full, and is sweet and yum! It is 3 WW points.

WW yogurt and a banana or a kashi bar. I eat it at work and it usually keeps me filled up until lunch.

Low fat yogurt with organic oat and honey granola cereal mixed in...gives it a little cruch....sooo yummy and my other one is Organic apple slices from Trader Joes (don't think you have TJs in IL) but they have packages of pre-sliced apples and I like to spread them with peanut butter.
