Iberostar Grand Rose Hall

Tables:

1. What are the table sizes if I'm having a reception at Port Maria? How many people fit to each table? You have the choices of a square table which seats 4 persons, presidential tables that seat 8person (this is four of the square tables joined together and round tables that seat 8-10persons.
2. If I'm having 70-75 people what would the table set up look like? Can you send me a picture of a similar head count arrangement? Please see attachment. We would also like to have a sweetheart table. When we had our site visit we were shown pictures of the reception set up on the beach. Please let us know if this option is still available and if it costs more how much would it be? please send me pictures of this set up as well. See attached. It costs an additional 20% to what you would have paid for the Port Maria

She also sent me pictures of the tables set up in the Port Maria and Beach set up. Send me your e-mail address and I'll send them to you.

Hi Girls!!

Looking for some advice....

I am in the middle of hiring Stacey Clarke as my photographer, and she sent me a contract stating that she would like the remaining of the price 2 weeks before the event.

This doesn't really sit well with me considering I am cross country from her, and have yet to even meet her, or know that she will be arriving the day of.....

Is this normal, does anyone have the same issue? Normally you pay the deposit and then pay the remaining amount the day of, just in case she is a no show!!

Please let me know if this is a normal process, and or if any of you have a suggestion.

Thanks

Hi April Blossom,

I sent you the pics, let me know if you have any questions.

[email protected]

He will get back to you in less than 12 hours. Let him know that I refered you :) He has great prices and excellent customer service.

Hoopa with fabric and decorations and flowers $350...that beats the $250 rental fee from the resort.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
