    Does the chair cover 'rental fee' cover chairs for the ceremony and reception? or just one?

      I would say that the chair cover rental fee is only for the ceremony and that you'd have to pay to get them for the reception as well.

      I have to comment about the tables at the reception dinner though. For some of us who are having a destination wedding because we don't want the hassle of typical "wedding" stuff the tables are absolutely great.

      So if you're a person who likes plain and simple like me... please don't feel pressured to bring extra stuff. I think the tables are great as they are. Sure the chairs are blue but you're overlooking a tropical beach and a beautiful pool...what better decorations could you ask for? I totally think that putting a bit of your own special touch to the table couldn't hurt but if you're having a destination wedding so that you don't have to worry about that stuff...don't worry about it! Everything will be great!!

      And here's a photo of the table when we first sat down when it was still light out. You really don't notice the chairs at all...especially after everyone's sittting!! If you want to cover them then go ahead...I think it'll be beautiful! but like I said....don't feel like you have to...

        OMG I love this post I will probably do my wedding at this resort and there is so much on ROR i decided to do a search on RMB and i was very excited when i saw this thread thanks to everyone who has contributed!

          This thread has been particularly helpful...thanks so much to all for posting the email attachments from the WC. This way, we can be so much more informed when we go and make our own decisions for the wedding!

            As I read though this thread I realized it could be a lot more helpful! Here are some pics and info that might help out even more...

            Here is the setup that I got for the Free Wedding Package. The only thing extra here is the sashes.

            Here is the cake we got with the Free Wedding package...no extras at all. We actually asked for all white icing and that message didn't get communicated to the cake maker. I don't think Chantelle liked the idea so she just didn't send the message ??!!

              Ha ha ha! montegobay09, when you get back from "somewhere" come back here and post more pics! We're going with the free wedding too, so any insight you provide is GREAT! I am forever grateful!

              The blue sashes are sorta cute on the brown chairs...sorry if this has been asked already, but how much were they? I have a feeling I'm going to be shelling out a heckuva lot for a piece of fabric.

              Do you think it's smart to bring sashes with us instead? Could be kinda heavy on the plane ride over, but if we dispurse them throughout our guests' suitcases, maybe it'll work? We're expecting about 30-40 guests...and 30-40 sashes could add up easily!

                Mine were free cause Marshall1980 left them there for me. All I know about the price (and yes I've been asked enough times that you'd think I could remember!!!) is that it was WAY more worth it to buy them online. She got them for less than $2.00 each which saved her a ton of money. For some reason $18.00 rings a bell...I'm not sure what that was though...someone else will have to get the price for you cause I didn't care enough about them to pay for them! haha! I would've just went with the brown chairs cause my idea was that the sand, sky and water were beautiful enough and we didn't need any extras. Having said that, the extra decorations are definately beautiful and if you're willing to pay for them they do make it very pretty...just not our style!

                Good luck and don't hesitate to ask any more questions...I'll do my best to answer them.

                I'll also check to see if I have more pics...don't think so though.

                  Ya know...the brown chairs really DO look sorta nice out there on the sand.

                  The simpler, the better. (and cheaper!)

                      Thanks so much for the pictures..they are great..Your table does look nice..I am just one of those people that would like to still bring a wedding feel to it all. I replaced the wooded chargers with silver and made menu cards,brought runner, replaced glasses by request to clear..adding floral arrangements...and drowned roses with floating candles.covered the chairs in all white withe white sashes. So looking at your table..I am thinking that your table does still look decent
